Heaven ‘N’ Hell

The sky was clear for me to fly,

and I was tempted to explore the sky.

I took up the broom and went so high,

that I could see the angels passing by.

I followed them to enter the heaven,

and saw St. Peter questioning Bevan.

I thought, "whats all the fuss about?",

and got "n" number of doubts.

I didn't know whom to ask,

and just then I saw the man in the mask.

He came to me and took me away

For there I go, didn't know which way.

He took me to the ride of heaven and hell,

to me it sounded like the ring of the knell.

As I was jobless I did as he said,

followed him with my face totally red.

In hell I saw people being served,

with bowls of delicious food,

but still unhappy and hungry they stood.

The only problem that I saw was-

The spoon that was given wasn't enough

for them to eat the given stuff.

It was 4 feet long and eating with it was really tough.

I understood the reason for peoples unhappiness

and also why it is called "Hell of the mess"

We then entered the heaven, yes there

where St. Peter was questioning Bevan

I moved on to find the same thing here -

Similar food in similar bowls were being served there,

Even the spoons were just the same -

Those 4 feet long without any name.

And yet happy and contented they looked.

By looking at this I was hooked.

I asked the Masked man, what was the reason

as even here food was the same.

Even the spoon was just the same.

But still people looked happy and enjoyed the game.

He answered back saying that there is nothing to bother,

here in heaven people just feed one another.

And this opened my eyes to find myself in the bed,

stunned I was with this dream I saw, as i said.

By now I had realized the secret of joy,

that to serve others, be it girl or boy,

and thus we can make this earth as heaven

and St. Peter won't need to question Bevan.
